In this tutorial, we will show how you can link up your JobAdder account to integrate with your plan in Empiraa. This allows HR departments to streamline the hiring and onboarding process. In this example we will connect the number of new interviews scheduled in JobAdder with a recruitment objective in Empiraa.
For this integration, you will need a JobAdder, Zapier and Empiraa account.
You need the following invite only link to access the beta version of Empiraa within Zapier. Follow the link to get started.
Step 1
The trigger app will be JobAdder and the event will be new interview scheduled.
Step 2
Connect your JobAdder account to pull through the data.
Step 3
The secondary app will be Empiraa. The event will be adding to a metric objective.
Step 4
Connect to your Empiraa account.
Step 5
Under action is where we specify which objective we want the data to contribute to. The objective ID can be found by opening the objective details page in Empiraa. To do this go to your myhub dashboard > click the cog next to the objective you want > view objective. On the objective details page in the URL bar there will be a number at the very end of the URL. This is your objective ID.
Step 6
Insert the date variable and the value will be 1. This means each time a new interview is created in JobAdder, 1 will be added to the objective in Empiraa.
Step 7
Test the zap by refreshing your objective page in Empiraa. If the total value updates then everything is working correctly. Publish your zap and you are good to go!
