For this integration, we will show how you can automate your HR work according to your goals in Empiraa. We will set up an automation between MyHR to count the number of new employee contracts signed and transfer that data to Empiraa where we have a goal to hire 5 new staff members in the year.
For this integration, you will need a MyHR, Zapier and Empiraa account.
Step 1
Set up your trigger app as MYHR and the event will be person signed their employment contract.
Step 2
Connect your MyHR account.
Step 3
The secondary app should be set as Empiraa. For this event, we will make it adding to metric objective.
Step 4
Connect to your Empiraa account.
Step 5
Under action is where we specify which objective we want the data to contribute to. The objective ID can be found by opening the objective details page in Empiraa. To do this go to your myhub dashboard > click the cog next to the objective you want > view objective. On the objective details page in the URL bar, there will be a number at the very end of the URL. This is your objective ID.
Step 6
Select the date as given by the MyHR dropdown and the value will be 1. This means that each time a new contract is signed, the value 1 will be added to our objective in Empiraa.
Step 7
Test the zap by refreshing your objective page in Empiraa. If the total value updates then everything is working correctly. Publish your zap and you are good to go!
