In this guide, we will talk you through how to connect your Ignition accepted proposals you have won, with the corresponding metric-based objective in Empiraa.
For this integration, you will need an Ignition, Zapier and Empiraa account.
You need the following invite only link to access the beta version of Empiraa within Zapier. Follow the link to get started.
Step 1
Set Ignition as the trigger app with the event being proposal accepted.
Step 2
Link your Ignition account.
Step 3
Add Empiraa as the secondary app. The event will be adding to a metric objective.
Step 4
Link your Empiraa account.
Step 5
Under action is where we specify which objective we want the data to contribute to. The objective ID can be found by opening the objective details page in Empiraa. To do this go to your myhub dashboard > click the cog next to the objective you want > view objective. On the objective details page in the URL bar there will be a number at the very end of the URL. This is your objective ID.
Step 6
Enter the date and the value you are attributing to. For an integration like this, it would make sense to use the value 1 every time a new proposal is accepted in Ignition.
Step 7
Let’s test the zap to make sure it is working. Refresh your objective details page in Empiraa. If the total value changes then it’s all set up. Publish the zap on Zapier and now you have automatic data flowing!
