TLDR;

Objective Detail Page

The Objective Detail page is an in-depth look at how you are tracking with your objective and it's aligned objectives and actions.

The bar along the top is a visual representation of how you are tracking. Ani (the little dog) is our mascot and represents your current position. the green line shows where you are expected to be.

You can change the date to look ahead and see when you will be at risk and the progress bars will adjust based on the month.

The objective details below show quite a few fields. At the top we have the organisational pillar we are contributing to. Below that we have the Objective description.

The top bar in the objective section represents the main objective we are looking at. You may have multiple in this section. The arrow on the left-hand side can be clicked to drop down your aligned objectives and actions that contribute to said objective.

Each bar shows it's impact on the business, due date, run rate (which is how you are trending), and the traffic light progress bar.

At the bottom of our page we have the chat function where any team members on the objective can add comments and discussion points plus upload relevant files for the team to access. Keeping conversation directly in the objective will keep the team on topic and stop important discussions being lost in email threads. Here you can have relevant chats on how you are going and where you are at with your contributions.

From this page you can also manage your objective or enter actuals by clicking the cog on the bar.
