Note from the editor: there have been terminology changes since this guide was made. Pillars are now referred to as goals.
Your initial goals will be set up in the Strategy Designer when you create your plan in Empiraa. But you can also add new ones at any time. Only team members with Executive status can create company pillars.
TLDR;
Step 1
The easiest way to access your pillars is to click into Organization settings from the homepage menu in the top right corner.
Step 2
Click the edit button in the pillars section
Step 3
You can scroll through your current pillars here or go to the bottom and click Add another organization pillar.
The pillar category needs you to select from the scrolling list. It is not currently possible to add a custom pillar though we are developing this further.
💡 Tip: The end date is not mandatory so you can leave it open-ended. Pillars are the only ones able to do this with objectives and actions requiring an end date.
Once you save your changes you will now be able to assign future objectives to the new pillar.
