We have had a fast start to the new year with a bunch of updates to bring you.
Say goodbye to pillars, goals are here to stay
We have changed our language from Organizational Pillars to Organizational Goals. This was a direct result of customer feedback, telling us that the pillar language did not resonate and was a source of confusion.
Your Organizational Goals are your 4-6 BIG goals for your business that you are working towards in the next few years.
This language swap will automatically happen the next time you log in to your Empiraa plan. The pillars you originally set will now just be referred to as goals.
Set to draft, now edit
In our original design of the platform, when a user wanted to edit their objectives, they would first have to set to draft. This terminology was unclear.
Now all you need to do to adjust a current objective or add more aligned objectives and objectives actions, is to press edit.
New subscription management portal
You can now manage your subscription in our new client portal, powered by Stripe.
You can access this either via the billing button in the drop-down menu or via the subscription section on the Organization Details page.
The Client Portal allows you to update payment information, billing details and your subscription level and add-ons.
Important: Only the original Empiraa account creator can access the client portal at the moment, due to privacy reasons. If you put in your email and did not get a verification code, this means that someone else is the account owner.
Please contact [email protected] to change your account owner and gain access to your subscription and billing portal.
General Language Changes
In an aim to serve a more global audience, our platform has now migrated from UK/Australian English to US English grammar. Say goodbye to all those 's' words, the 'z's' are here to stay.
Keep your eyes peeled for more exciting platform updates and new features to come very very soon! π€©
