What happens after my free trial ends?
You will be prompted that the payment details you provided will be charged and your full subscription will commence.
What payment methods do you take?
We take Visa, Mastercard and Amex for digital payments. Can choose to pay month to month, annually or one-off. Our payment system is hosted by Stripe which is safe and secure.
Are there any setup fees?
A basic level of customer support is included in each subscription tier. We have our sales team who can assist you with a demo to run you through the setup process if you run into any trouble.
We have an add-on feature with full service implementation where (for an additional cost) we transition your current plans and build them out in Empiraa. We will then train up all your people on how to use the platform effectively. This service is great for businesses that struggle with implementation and have limited time and resources. We take security and privacy very seriously at Empiraa. Our servers are hosted in a secure and private data centre and ensure our platform is always up to date with the latest security technology.
