Using the Empiraa Logo

Guidelines for how best to represent the Empiraa brand

Updated over 3 weeks ago

We’re proud of the Empiraa brand — and we’re excited for you to represent it as part of the Empiraa Ambassador Reselling Program.

To keep the Empiraa brand consistent and strong across all your promotions, here are a few simple guidelines for using our logo correctly.

Approved Use of the Empiraa Logo

As an Ambassador or Reseller, you are welcome to use the Empiraa logo in your promotions—but only in ways that are truthful, respectful, and aligned with our brand.

You can use the Empiraa logo to:

  • Share your Ambassador or Reseller link via social media, email, and events

  • Create co-branded marketing materials (with approval)

  • Promote webinars, events, or training sessions that feature Empiraa

  • Mention your involvement in the program (e.g., “Proud to be an Empiraa Sales Ambassador”)

We encourage you to proudly show your association, as long as it’s clear you are a promoter or reseller, not an employee or official representative of Empiraa.

Important Guidelines

✅ Always use the approved versions of the Empiraa logo (available here).

✅ Maintain the logo’s original proportions — don’t stretch, warp, or alter it.

✅ Allow enough clear space around the logo to keep it clean and readable.

✅ Use the logo on solid backgrounds that maintain its legibility (light or dark versions are provided).

✅ Refer to the provided brand guidelines if you are unsure of how to use the logo correctly.

What Not to Do

🚫 Don’t modify, recolor, or redesign the Empiraa logo.

🚫 Don’t combine the Empiraa logo with other logos to create a new mark without permission.

🚫 Don’t imply you are an employee, partner, or official representative of Empiraa (unless otherwise authorized).

🚫 Don’t use the logo in any way that could confuse customers about Empiraa’s offerings, pricing, or terms.

Where to Access Approved Logos

All approved versions of the Empiraa logo, icons, and brand assets are available in the Assets folder which is linked to the ESA Portal at all times.
