For this example, we will be using AI in the Objective Designer. The same steps apply to the vision statement in the Strategy Designer and the company pillars.

Add a new objective and you will see the screen here.

On the right hand side there is some suggested actions.

Click the top option "Use AI to build an objective"

The following screen will appear and ask you what you would like to achieve.

Think about what you are wanting to achieve with your objective. You can ask as simply or as detailed as you want. Remember you can continue to revise your prompt to get the suggestion that best suits your business.

For example, we wanted an objective that could build better team culture.

When you click run the AI will generate a table of objectives. Each column relates to key input fields on the left side of the screen.

You can copy and paste directly out of this table, or you can refine the prompt with the buttons at the bottom.

By clicking the refinement buttons, you can craft the suggested objectives to exactly what you are looking for.

A new table will generate each time, or alternatively, you can scroll back up and reframe your prompt from there.

Once you are happy with the results, you have a few options.
